This is not something we are taught.  In fact, it is something we are programmed away from.

Which is why you might feel like you’re only getting a sliver of the divine energy that is available to you.

But you can have such a different experience.

Life does not have to be hard, serious, depleting and stressful.

I know you can be and express your fundamental nature.

I know this - because I have done it.

Now that I understand the truth of who I am and, more importantly, how to live, breath and be me – my life has transformed – every area of it.

I developed my signature program – The Foundation so that you understand who you are and how you function and then go beyond intellectual understanding into living, breathing and being YOU. So that you can be, express and experience the truth of who you are here and now and live the life you deserve.

I developed The Foundation as a result of years of trying to figure out if I could have a life that was different than the norm of depletion, hard work, disappointment, unfulfillment, feeling unworthy, poor to mediocre health and low levels of joy.  At the start of my journey I did not know what was possible, but after many trainings, research, trying all sorts of different healing modalities, a lot of money and many dark moments where I was ready to give up because it seemed nothing was working - I came to understand – not only can I live a life that energizes me, where I revel in the love and creativity that I am, but that there is a effective and efficent path to this – which I lay out in The Foundation.
